As a certified menopause coach and founder of The Power of Womanhood, Amber brings over a decade of experience in reproductive and mental health to every session. Her work blends clinical expertise with deep compassion, helping women unpack the shame, silence, and emotional weight that often comes with perimenopause, menopause, and identity shifts.
